hello very good, I have bought the MASCHINE MIKRO 3 and in the Native access application it does not come to me to download the Maschine software for free, so I cannot use my drum machine.
Does anyone know why it doesn't come to me to download?

Did you buy the Mikro MK3 brand new from a retailer or used (second hand)?
When did you buy it?
