Komplete 12 install problem, Mac Mini , Sonoma

Hi,

I have reset my Mac from Catalina to Sonoma (this update was done by Apple service)

Mac mini 2018 Core i7 500Go 16 Go Ram

I have all my library in my LaCie external drive (>1To), when I restart the Mac with Sonoma I have uploaded the last Native Access version (Native 3,16,0 version) and try to upload the bundle again with a download folder in my Mac HD, Application location in Mac HD application/Native instruments folder, and Content Location in my LaCie external drive.

Some extensions are well downloaded and some are impossible to download Native access tool (see pdf with Hybrid Keys issue)

When I open Komplete Kontrol (stand alone or through Logic Pro), I see only few plugins here (Absynth massive FM8, Super 8) but not the one I have been able to upload (I have tried with Blocks base as a small size plugging in the pdf report) and not the one already within my LaCie drive, even through library scan process.

Basically, what should I do to restore my full KK 12 bundle (remove all previous library and files and restart the full To down load process? which is a long process ) or any alternative ?

I don't know if the Komplete 12 is actually Sonoma compatible , ref. : Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS .

Else then have you done the Mac must do standard things ? : ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

Komplete 12, like all Komplete bundles is just a bundle of products and all our current products are now offically compatible with Sonoma.

@Olivier33 As @PoorFellow said, first thing is to check if all your NI apps have full disk access., including Native Access. Then if issue is not fixed, try reinstalling one product, see if that changes anything. If you still struggle with this I'd recommend contacting our support here: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA

Not to be argumentative but only to get a clarification : Then the Compatibility of Native Instruments Products on macOS page says that there are 'first version' of products compatible with Sonoma and for more of the apps then that same 'first version' is newer than what was in Komplete 12 ? Ref. : What's Included in My Komplete 8 - 13 Bundle?

So could you please clarify ? You probably mean apps other than Komplete 12 apps such as e.g. Kontakt 6 and Guitar Rig 5 Pro ?

Yes I mean the apps. If the bundle, old or new includes let's say Massive, Massive X or Battery 4 as examples, if you bought Komplete 12 back then you still get the latest version available for these products since they're constantly updated. Of course that's not the same for products that have been discontinued, like Kontakt 6 or 7, you can only get the latest released version/update. For Kontakt libraries, the latest version of the Kontakt Player can open older libraries (to a certain point of course). Is that clearer?

Ooops ! , yes , of course , I think that I just somehow put too much emphasis on the first part of your answer and too little on the "current" part. Sorry about that.
