i don't find the software

Hi everyone, my name is Giulio. Yesterday I bought a used Mikro MK3. I registered on the NI website, installed and opened Native Access for Mac, and entered the serial number of the Mikro MK3. However, I can’t find the software in the Native Access library (I assume it’s Maschine 2 or Maschine 3) to make my Mikro work. I’m a bit frustrated because I want to use it but don’t know how. Can you help me? Maybe since I bought the Mikro MK3 second-hand, I need to purchase the software? Help :)

    Hi - did you enter the serial number for the hardware from the bottom of the unit or were you give an licence Transfer ID to add to your NI account? The two are different things. If you only got a serial number you'll nee to talk to support about a licence for the Maschine software. You can do that from here by logging into your account and following the chat link at the bottom right - https://bit.ly/n1acc

    Thank you so much, I had no idea this was the issue. I followed your instructions and reached out to support for help. I hope to resolve this today so I can spend the weekend playing with my Mikro MK3. Thanks again, and have a great weekend.
