Black colour full Screen Issue in Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol

Hi everyone,
Black colour full screen appears when I launch Native Instruments Komplete Kontrol. The software opens but remains blank, and I cannot see or access any of the instruments or controls. I have tried restarting my computer, reinstalling the software, and updating to the latest version, but the issue persists.
Iam running Komplete Kontrol on Windows 11 with Intel Core i5, 8GB RAM, and NVIDIA GTX 1650 GPU.
Has anyone else faced this issue previously? Are there specific troubleshooting steps to fix the black screen issue?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
