Hello, I bought a Maschine Mk3 but the license was not canceled, I want to ask you, How can I buy the license? or what is it that proceeds? I want to use all its functions, I hope you can help me, greetings from Mexico

Is your Maschine Mk3 a new product or a used one? In first case it comes with a licence for Maschine software.

If you got your Maschine used, you should have got a licence transfer ID from the old owner. If there is no way of obtaining the licence transfer ID from previous owener you have to contact NI support. You will need a proof of purchase and a picture of the serial number on your hardware in this process. Follow the steps outlined below.

Hello, thank you very much for the information, but I already contacted support and could not receive a solution, I am from Mexico and I acquired the Maschine through the Facebook Marketplace, it does come with the license but when I enter it it tells me that it is in use, I don't know If by purchasing the Maschine software I will be able to use all its functions, do you know about that?If the solution is to buy the program, can I do it directly from the page?

I did the same thing also. still never got a response. I also bought the Maschine 3.0 and installed it and still nothing.

If you enter the Hardware serial it is already registered. You need the Transfer ID for Maschine Mk3 Hardware - this is different from the serial!

Maschine hardware itself should work without hardware registration if you have a Maschine software licence activated.
