On my OS X Ventura 13.7.8 and Windows 10 my Komplete M32 is running perfectly fine. After 2.5 years, the controller's LCD never shows the "Touch Error" message displays.
Until February 2026 the controller was in error. Not detected by USB even directly to the hub.
Especially for the modulation touch screen pad. It can move itself without I touch the pad. Yes, I can see it on the DAW display. I try to :
-Change the cable,
-Uninstall software,
-Try in another system (windows)
But the same error.
1 day after the error the controller returned to normal, and the error returned again.
I try to chat via Native Support and try the troubleshooting.... same... same error. Touch Error on my Komplete M32. Hope this will be better soon. I don't know why.
