recent Trouble with output monitor just on left side

Hello,

So far I don't have problem and since today my right side output monitor on my headphones doesn't work. Indeed Headphones works perfect on other machine… I had check all on the monitor set up. Somebody had already this trouble ?

    Heyo!

    If you get this message on OSX follow the steps below.

    1. Close Native Access.
    2. Open macOS System Preferences > iCloud > Private Relay .
      (You can also use the search box in System Preferences to find the Private Relay setting.)
    3. Disable Private Relay .
    4. Restart your computer.
    5. Start Native Access and install your products.
    6. After installation, open the system settings again and enable Private Relay again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your help. I can update with the latest version but it wasn't the problem because after uploaded the problem still continued so I had try with another mini jack to jack adaptater and it's work. It was the adaptater. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks for your help. Enjoy Traktor.

    Hey!

    Maybe a configuration problem, have you checked your audio output preferences?

    Would be also helpful if you can tell us your version of Traktor and Operating System.

    Thank you for your answer.

    Yes I had already check my audio output preferences (find in attachment) and for me It's the same setup like days before.

    I use TRAKTOR PRO 3.5.2.299 with Mac Book air Apple M2 24GO MacOS SONOMA 14.6.1.

    First thing to try is to update Traktor to the latest version, is there any reason you are using an outdated version?

    Please update to 3.11.1 and let me know if you still experience this issue.

    Thanks, in Native ACESS the update download failed. I cannot update my version.

    Yes I have had multiple issues with jack adapters. Some causing static some cutting out and with some Sennheiser headphones I had years ago only working when I turned the jack to a certain spot.

    This can be very annoying because it is easily mistaken for Latency spikes or distortion.
