Struggling with Komplete Audio 6 Mk2 on Mac Mini M4 and Ableton Live

I recently got a Mac Mini M4 and have been having a nightmare trying to get my Komplete Audio 6 Mk2 to work with Ableton Live. The OS recognizes the card and everything seems fine until I try to use it with professional audio software. Ableton Live sees the card, but when I select it as the input and output, I get a spinning wheel for a while, and then it disables my sound card. I tried using Rosetta 2, but it didn't help at all. I also tried different connections using a powered USB hub because this card has given me a lot of trouble with PCs as well. But now I feel like there's nothing more I can do, and before I consider replacing this one-year-old card, I want to make sure I haven't missed anything.

Also unable to get my Audio 6 Mk2 working with Mac Mini M4. It recognises the device but the output volume is disabled. I read somewhere that M2 chips aren't supported so I assume that also means M3 and M4. Would be good to see an official statement from NI regarding this.
