power or connection glitch

ive just got my new Maschine Mikro MK 3 connected and Maschine 3 software installed and running but as im working on a beat im getting a sudden glitch loss of power on the mikro hardware then it connects again

its a studder ,… does any one know of this issue and what the solution is or is it a bug in the new software ?

Thanks Jeremy ya that seams to be it i beleive for now , i still have the same set up i just switched two usb units so that the mk 3 mikro is direct into the caldigit and it seams stable now - thanks you !!!

Well, some more info could be useful here. What's your operating system? How is it connected to your computer? Directly to a USB socket in your computer? A USB hub? Is it a powered hub or non powered hub?

yes its going into a usb hub then into my computer as are other things . the operating system is ventura 13.3.1 on an Apple M1 max 64 gig 2 tb 10 core

A hub into another hub? That could be an issue here, have you tried to connect it directly into the powered hub? Does the issue still happen then?
