How can I get it repaired?
If the keyboard is within warranty then contact place of purchase.
If the keyboard is outside of warranty then ask N.I. Hardware Support for a price quote or ask a keyboard repair shop in your own country for a price quote. Problem with keyboard repairs however are that any sufficiently professional and qualified repair shop only rarely are cheap.

I want to know the warranty period for kontrols88 mk3

Native Instruments usually has a 2-year standard warranty, that can be expanded to 3 or 4, from your local dealers… some dealers can provide an even more extended warranty, but its up to them to fulfill it, not up to Native Instruments.

Depends on where one lives, NI offer typical statutory warranty periods for the location with conditions applicable to local laws.
It's a nightmare to read but 1-2 years depending on location, best bet is as suggested to contact support but also be sure the OP is testing the keyboard standalone or via a midi monitor just to a MIDI signal isn't being eaten by a learned DAW function or something.
