Constant loop of steps to install Komplete Start

Hello everyone, I have just purchased Pro Tools Artist, and downloaded and successfully activated everything that came with it, including Kontakt 8, which I authorized and installed via Native Access 3.14

However, every time I try to download, authorize and install Komplete Start, which is free, it just loops me through the same web page process over and over again, never actually downloading and installing. All other software installed fine, but Start will not download.

From inside Native Access where it says "Get Komplete Start For Free", it kicks me to this page:

https://www.native-instruments.com/en/products/komplete/bundles/komplete-start/?utm_source=native-access-2&utm_medium=in-product&utm_campaign=got-to-shop-komplete-start

It has the "Download Now" button at the top, but when I click on that, it says I must go back to Native Access, which I do, and the loop starts all over again. I'm pretty savvy at this stuff and I can't figure out how to get this done.

Any help?

It has the "Download Now" button at the top, but when I click on that, it says I must go back to Native Access, which I do, and the loop starts all over again.

When you click the download now button then you are supposed to be transported to this page , and you are supposed to be logged in to add to account , else try clicking my link and then when logged in click the 'Get free software' and if there is more to click then be sure to keep clicking through until the software has been added to your account.

Then please notice that nothing called Komplete Start will occur in Native Access. N.I. bundles are always shown by the appearance of the products that they contain in Native Access. If you need to see if Komplete Start indeed has been added to your account then check the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page where it indeed should say 'Komplete Start'.

Else then if the Komplete Start has been registered to your account and your OS supports the products contained in the bundle and the products still do not appear in your Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If problem then persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Thank you very much for responding, and yes, that last page you posted (get free software) is the 3rd stage in the "loop" I keep going through. Within Native Access, where I easily authorized and downloaded the other 4 or 5 instrument/sounds listed, it also shows Komplete Start as the last one to authorize and download.

I click on it, and it takes me to the above link I posted on the NI website (of which I am also signed into), I click on Download Now, it takes me to the exact page that you just posted, asking me to sign in, which I do again (even though I am already signed into Native Access and my account on the NI website), and then the entire 3 step/page loop starts all over again. I've tried a dozen times in different ways.

I even found a direct link to Komplete Start Free, I don't remember what search brought me to it, but clicking on the direct download link just started the loop all over again.

I appreciate your help, I have previous projects with many of these basic sounds and I really want to get this installed!

Sorry to being able to help. You didn't tell if you could see the Komplete Start on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page or not but again if you can't and can not get it added to account then you will have to contact support. Same goes if you have it on account and the reset Native Access XML does not help.

However then I think that you ought to try with another browser first : Since functionality or lack of same could be a browser issue then also try another browser with no extensions and all cookies accepted (my suggestions for alternative browsers would be e.g. Firefox, Chrome, Vivaldi browser and Opera browser ,depending on what you do not usually use)

If problem then persists then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask to have added the free Komplete Start to account. In case that you need guidance contacting support : How to contact NI Support and How to get in touch with our Customer Care

Thanks again for that, yes it is listed on the page you mention, along with many others that I have not downloaded and registered yet. You did give me a good idea though, I'm going to install Firefox (I've been trying with Chrome) and see if that fixes it. I'll let you know, thanks!

yes it is listed on the page you mention, along with many others that I have not downloaded and registered yet.

If you could see the Komplete Start on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page and if you have not added it prior then there appear to be a misunderstanding. If you have already added the Komplete Start to your account then no amount of clicking or changing browsers will add it again , at most then if the content of the Komplete Start should change over time then maybe you could have had added the new content to your account.

On your MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page it will show the names of the added products with a serial and it will say to the right that you can download via Native Access.

Then look in Native Access for the products and as I wrote initially then if your OS supports the product(s) and the products still does not appear in your Native Access then try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access

If the product then still do not appear in Native Access under tabs All and Available then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and ask support to help. OP, I am having the same problem. I was going around in circles with the NA, but when I went to the My Product is Missing page, I think I found what was wrong. My NA is updated, but I have an Apple Mac 2 OS 15 Sequoia and I didn't see Komplete Kontrol or NA listed under it for compatibility. Only Machine and Traktor were listed, so check your software and see if you updated it recently. If you have, that could be the problem.

I just deleted the XML file, restarted Native Access, hit Refresh, and now for the first time Komplete Free is NOT listed in my products to download. All of the other ones that I purchased are there, 20 of them, of which only 3 I've already installed.

I am hesitant to go to the NI website to click on the Free button for the Komplete Free download, I don't want to start this loop process all over again, as the new customer in this thread has just mentioned who is having the same problem.

I just don't understand it…the product is free to anyone, right? I'm sure we will get this figured out. I wouldn't be concerned about it because I have so many other products and sounds that I've just purchased, but I have unfinished projects that have many sounds and instruments that are in the Komplete Free bundle. Please advise.
