But i need reaktor 6 for this - if i update to reaktor 6 would i be able to access the engine of reaktor to do this.
in reaktor 5 its not possible.
Yeah it's not too difficult, you just need to know your way around the editor
Obviously do it with a copy of the ensemble so you are not touching the original
With Reaktor Full version, yes you will have full access to Razor's "engine".
However:
1- Only a highly experienced user would understand what is what
2- It is best to not touch the official/paid ensembles (for various reasons).
au5 has a video on how to acheeve this. this synth sounds so good but was developed in 2010 for 4 cors.
the problem is when you go low with it, you start to hear granulation, Native instrumnets are not upgrading its abilities so I am doing what I can. this is my favourite vst synth.
The sine bank was created with future proof compatibility in mind , so they don't really need to update it It can have a maximum amount of 10'000 partials , not even today's cpu's can handle that amount efficiently First , You need to change the number of partials in the sine bank which can go to 10,000 (yes ten thousand ) , but you'll notice that it still reads a max amount of 320 if you ncrease the nr of partials . SO next step , find the macro parameters ,parameters index loop and there you'll find a constant module set to 320 , change it to whatever nr you want , this will be the nr of partials the sine bank will be allowed to process . At 1000 there is already a considerable increase in quality , now imagine what 10'000 partilas would be like ?
Thank you mate. this made Razor sound so much better. changed my life!
