my crystal dagger espansionpacket cant be locate ?? i reinstall this expansion about ni acces 2 and still ne resolve and my reaktor 6 is making problems in some projects and libraries

Hi,
I was logged in, but the links/button was not working at that time. Tried today and it did work.
The AI agent wasn't quite up to date (as usual with AI) and asked me to fill out a form and include a snapshot
But when I started the Maschine and loaded a demo project of this expansion, it was just working.
So I think that we did got an update as I did tried it several times over a few days and after a few installs, just sttarted to check this list.
Anyway, for me it's working now, and I hope that the other lister has also a working version.

was hard to figure it out, but i got it finally. The solution was simple .
I'm facing the similar issue. While the path is correct.
First, I though that it was a matter of wrong permissions on the folder where are located these .nbkt files. But not, cause my windows account has full control. And inherit permissions are on.
kushington, please share the solution. I've been stucked with this issue for months.

I am having this same issue with Crystal Daggers expansion. No idea how to correct it as there seems to be an extra crystal daggers folder every time I try to download it.
Unable to enter a ticket for assistance. Is NI down or something?
