NI Libraries greyed out on new Mac - won't reinstall

Can anyone help me please as I've had zero response from NI Support.
I have a new Mac and have transferred all my NI files from my old Mac to the new. On starting up Native Access, all my libraries say they're installed and all the files are in the defaults locations Users/Shared but when I click the three dots on any product and look at Installation Paths the reply is that it doesn't any libraries in the Users/Shared location so all reinstall fail.
I have granted Full Disk Access to Native Access and NTK Daemon and Private Relay is off.
I am at a complete dead-end.

Just to clear up a couple of typos in my note.
- On starting Native Access the libraries, though installed, are greyed out.
- When I point NA to the Installation Paths that contain the libraries, to either uninstall or reinstall, it doesn't find them.
Any help would be appreciated. I have a dead studio.
