Native access, updates NI product with all its library content from scratch !

Hi

i run Native Access after many months, i updated the program, then i saw many updates for my K14CE,

i have all products of K14CE already downloaded and installed when bought it, but now with the updates waiting, seems like it want just for the updates to download the entire sample libraries which some are 70gb 40gb etc..

it shouldn't only update the VSTI software and only the new samples if any added/changed to the library, and not the entire library from scratch ? 😐️

May I ask how did you know that they are 70, 40 gb etc? Put in mind that beginning from NA2, the library sizes in the updates section isn't quiet accurate at all. For example, if you update a library and it shows that the size is 70gb, it will just skip fast in big GB chunks so it won't take long to update as you would have expected.

Hope this makes sense. And try to update a single library, you'll know what I mean.

Hi, Thanks for answering (been a while ) )

updated NA2 today, it seems better now, the actual Size of the library is shown but not the update, but seems it installs the update only now probably ! like 30 GB action strings took 3 min to update (it started from 15 hours at start ! )) )

ill go ahead and install all updates now 👍️
