Battery Crashes upon exiting session

Hi

I have Battery (4.3.0) and when I want to open the plugin to edit some stuff, the whole session freeze - same thing when I want to close a session. It happens only with Battery.

I am using Nuendo 13 on Mac with OS 12.7.6 (monterey) with Native M1 processor. I reinstalled Battery several times and It is still the same - Any ideas ?
