Installed KONTAKT 8 PLAYER from AVID and now NOTHING works

Have a KONTAKT 8 (and even 7 ) library that is now useless as a result of installing the AVID recent player version.

Anybody else having this issue? EVERYTHING IS NOW IN DEMO mode and I only see 4 libraries available to me in my browser THANKS AVID!.

totally confused. Tried reinstalling and nothing is working.

Any help appreciated. I own KOMPLETE COLLECTORS EDITION and have a proper 8 license

Running Pro Tools ,MAC M2 ultra Desktop in Ventura 13.6.9 128 gig of RAM

    When I installed Komplete 8 on my MB M3 Pro, it did not put the Komplete 8 shortcut in the normal NI app folder. For some reason, it created a duplicate NI folder with (Other) attached to it.

    When I would click the Kontakt 8 launcher in the original NI app folder, it was just the player. I was confused to say the least…

    Maybe make sure this isn't happening to you and that you are, indeed, launching Komplete 8 and not the player.

    My fully registered and activated version of KONTAKT 8 now loads all my libraries and the all just load as "DEMO". I have seen this before but I have no idea what's happened. NOTHING is working at all. Every one of my registered and activated libraries that have been working for years are just now in DEMO mode but the KONTAKT app itself is fully activated.

    Could this one a corrupted preference file?

    I dont think we had the same issue. This is driving me nuts. I cant work even a little bit unless I re-install everything. NO way I can do that.

    Have you tried to open Kontakt 8 in standalone? Have you tried the following?
