RX 11 Elements Free

I have installed a free trial of RX 11 Elements on my PC. Each time the installation is complete, I press the Finish button and nothing at all happens, no launch of product, desktop icon , nothing. Any Ideas?

Pretty sure its a plugin you open up in a DAW.
