Purchased Maschine MK3 4 days ago, receive 2 days ago But it does not have latest Maschine version
I recently bought a brand new Maschine MK3, and I'm a bit confused. The software that came with it is version 2.18.4, but I was expecting version 3.0 to be installed.
I also tried contacting NI Support through their AI chat, and it said, "Let me connect you to a specialist," but I never heard back.
I tried to email "support@native-instruments.com" but I got the reply "… emails sent to this email address are not monitored. To contact Native Instruments please use the contact forms from our support"
Can anyone guide me on how to update my Maschine MK3 to the latest version? or how to Communicate with NI support?

I'm in the same situation. I left here years ago and it seems that they are getting worse. It seems that there is no way to send a message easily.
I have registered a new Maschine today and the software that should be activated does not. I have written in the chat until I reach the same message as you.

Go thru the support page, talk to the wizard or chatbox thingy, get thru it, if it doesn't resolve your issue you should be presented with the chance to send a support ticket.

Following your suggestions I communicated with NI Folks and they were able to make 3.0 and maschine central appear on my Native Access.0
