how do i fix Maschine 3 fatal errors on startup?

I just got my Maschine mk3 on friday…..after going through all the steps in Native access, entering serial numbers i did not receive my maschine software. so i purchased maschine 3 software bundle….after i installed and tried to run it on start-up i get 3 different error messages . any ideas on what i did wrong?

From the screens provided, looks like Trash, Ozone 11 Equalizer and Vinyl are the plug-ins in question. Maybe uninstall/reinstall those and try again.

Sorry about that. I'm not proficient with NI and Win. Do you use a DAW that you could try loading some plugins into? Try the ones that are giving you problems in Maschine for starters…

I suppose that's where I'd start. Make sure its just Maschine and not the plugins themselves.

i got it…. i only reinstalled those plugins and it worked
