Mascine 3 not exporting songs
Greetings all, since I bought Macine 3, the band Komplete 15 and the Maschine bundle.
I cannot export songs, songs made in mascine 2 won't load in mashie 3 and cannot find Komplete 15.
Mya main concern is Mascine 3 isn't working on exporting or importing.

Can you give more details about your system and configuration?
I tested it on Win10+Win11 and can load all M2 projects in M3 and also export without problems.

Hi Mac OS Venture, Intel chip I9 64mb ram, I cannot load anything created in mascine 2 and I can export in Mascine 3 but no sound. I export the same way that I did in Mascine 2 and nothing, regards, Justin

On another note when exporting in Mascine 2 it took forever with the best quality and in Mascine 3 it is very fast which I found unusual seeing that there is a higher quality setting added in mascine 3, and Mascine 3 will no load anything made from Mascine 2 and vice versa;
regards, Justin

Define "Cannot Load". Nothing happens? Is there an error message? How are you loading things?

Error message and won’t load, I can only load song made in Mascine 3 for some reason, regards Justin

Oh, by "Export" you meant saving projects, correct?
Projects saved in V3 are not retro-compatible, they will not load in Maschine v2… only the other way around.
The word export is usually used in the context of exporting a project to Audio, hence the confusion here.

Hi both saving a song and exporting a song to .wav. NI might have given us a heads up on the incompatibility, regards Justin

I guess so, even within 2.X some versions aren't retro-compatible compatible with each other.
Audio (.wav) has to work tho, it has no versions, its a universal format. Explain whats going on so people can try to help

Hi without a video it’s going to be a little difficult to explain. I might have to make one since this issue is bizarre at best.
I have successfully opened a song created in Mascine 2 and all I did on the export is change the setting from 48000 to the new 192000 while keeping the 32 bit float and exporting the song to a wav took forever.
There is another song made in Mascine 2 and I opened the song successfully in Mascine 3 but this time I modified the tracks and saved successfully. If you try to open the Machine 3 modified track song in Mascine 2 you get a cannot load error.
Now when I exported the modified track song in Mascine 3 the same way as a non modified Mascine 2 song and exported the same way, the modified song exported really fast under the same settings which I thought was strange and no sound from the file, hope this makes sense, regards Justin

I see. I cannot reproduce, both V2 and V3 export just fine for me, it's not fast but I wouldn't expect it to be at that insanely high sample rate and bit depth. Contact tech support regarding the export issue.
BTW, Im curious, why are you exporting at 192000Hz 32bit? Converting from 48000Hz wont increase the "quality" to justify the enormous size… Generally only pro audio engineers work at those values when mixing if even.
Regarding retro-compatibility thats how it is, it wont change so no point talking to support about it.

I did not know this on the quality but I did try lowering the hz and same issue.
Working on support ticket thanks Justin
