Maschine Mikro mk3 software not showing up

would love some help , I just received Maschine mikro mk3 and registered to my account but the software is not showing up in the downloader app so it simply does not work and seams also can’t just change to midi only with out software

Any ideas ??

    I have the same problem as Bobby, I have installed Maschine micro mk3 but software Maschine doesn't appear in anyone version, no Maschine 3 but neither Maschine 2 or Maschine essential. So the device is no working.
    This is the first device from Native instruments and It's a big struggle, I don't think I'm going to buy another again, it's just no working since the beginning.

    it may take a while to show up in native access , reach out to support to see if they can help

    FYI , you can use controller editor to add a midi template , to put it in midi mode , press shift and maschine icon

    Sorry Guys i dont know how to reply to the direct response , thanks Mike and Aldread both very helpful ! i will try editor for midi mode for the moment just so i can tap the pads at least and wait for NI to respond to me message - lets hope its just a matter of software not showing up on the weekend but its odd its not automatic as soon as i register the new piece of hardware

    HI Aldread , im thinking its not able to change to midi mode until its communicated the first time its registered as at the moment its just an unrecognized black brick doing nothing - i can plug in a basic akai mpd 218 and it sees the controller and triggers sounds automatically but the Mikro mk 3 nada nothing - any thoughts on this ?

    also controller editor , this is not a stand alone software correct ? does it need to be accessed through a daw as a plug in of sorts - sorry new to me ! ahh ok skip it i see its stand alone thanks !!

    you will probably need to add a basic template in controller editor , the mikro can only hold one , I don’t think it has one on there by default

    Thanks i have it open but it does not recognise the hardware at all as far as i can see - there is a connect button but its light grey and non active - i have is set to Mkiro MK3 but still not doing any interaction with hardware

    Normally it is , but I think with the release of maschine 3 it’s caused some issues as originally it would have come with maschine 2 , but now comes with maschine 3

    ok thanks perhaps its becuase of the sofware shift right at the time i bought and registered as i just received it and registered it yesterday .

    that’s what I’m thinking, bad timing , but tbh I think NI could of handled it better , you are definitely not alone , waiting for the software

    ok thanks that helps me and the brain squeeze of searching and trying everything for hours and hours - appreciate that i found this group and you as you know how it is with a new piece of gear and software when it simply does not do what it should after your all excited about receiving it !!

    im gonna wait and yes even a simple auto email when i registered telling me what was up would have been super helpful .. thank you !!

    ive still not received any response from customer support .. not sure what im meant to do at this point as i thought it would have been corrected by now - just need to be able to install the maschine software and the Komplete 11 as they say
