Hello. My Maschine micro mk3 is just displaying the text "MASCHINE MIKRO", and nothing works. I've installed Access, written inn the serial and installed all the programs, but it's not doing anything. The pads are not lit.

I contacted support and got Maschine 2 Essentials (they must have forgot to include it). That solved it. Anyway. Thanks for the feedbacks!

Have you loaded a Sound onto Pad 1 or a Drum Kit to Group A?

If so, try holding the Shift Button and pressing the top left button (Maschine Icon) on the Mikro and see if that gets you anywhere.

Thanks for reply. I haven't loader anything or done anything with the device. There seem to be a refrence to some program called Maschine 2, but I can't find it inside Access or anywhere else. Maybe that would work(?) In the show there is a program called Maschine 3, but that cost 99,00EUR. Am I suppose to spend even more money in order for this device to work? If i go into Native Instruments Controller Editor, I can select Maschine Mikro MK3 from a menu, and there is a connect botton. But that is grey on I cant press it. Maybe it can't find my device. But my device seems to "working" in Device Manager.

Did you buy the Maschine new or was it secondhand? You should definitely see Maschine 2 in Native Access if it was a new product. Are you running the latest version of Native Access which will be 3.14 or something around there.

    I'm running Native Access 3.14.0

Is Maschine 2 the thing that will turn on the pad lights and make it work? Or is the device defect?

yes maschine software will make the device come to life .
i think you need to contact support , what might of happened is that now maschine 3 is out , I think it comes as standard, instead of maschine 2, so there maybe a mix up their end

Some times it takes a while until all the licenses show up in Native Access, if more than 1 day then contact support.

I think it's the "Maschine 2/3" that installs the drivers, but if you already see "Controller Editor" then install that and try to switch to MIDI mode while the support sorts you out.
