Maschine 3 update failed

Hi everyone. I'm new in the NI Community. I tried to update Maschine 2 to 3 with Native Access. Download is done (I think) but the installation is running long time without finishing finally the upgrade. I used the fixing tool but nothing. Do you have an other solution...? Just a precision... The other update are done like Ozone 11 and new Maschine 3 library. Thank you. Isma
