I just bought a machine secondhand after typing in a cereal everything except the machine software itself was added access

    Which Maschine? Did you buy it from an individual (private sale) or a store?

    The previous owner needs to transfer the license to you. If this hasn't been done (or can't be) then you'll need to buy the software.
