i paid the 69.00 yesterday and never got the email with the download info

    @enigmat Can you give us more info? Like what's your operating system? Is the Maschine 3 missing? Maschine Central? Both? I don't see a registered Maschine 3 update on your account. Do you have another NI account attached to another email? Where did you buy it? On our website?

    Never, ever post personal details on a public forum, you just doxxed yourself. This is not the NI customer service email. A little common sense, someone could use that info to access your stuff and lock you out.

    Log into your account and use the contact form in there to get support.

    i think i paid with a paypal account that the email is different then my native email

    i paid for item and still have not got it and customer support never answers i wouls likw a refund if i cant get the item i paid 69.99 for

    6 people here (including 1 admin) ASKED YOU FOR DETAILS!

    Yet, you never provided any kind of details, only sensitive personal information!
    You never answered to anyone here, you just keep complain.

    How we can help you without details man?

    To say it straight, we do not need your emails, your paypal, your address or how much you paid. Those are not the details we asked for.

    What we need is you answer those simple questions (for a start):

    1- Have you checked your spam folder of your mailbox? Many times, important mails end up there. So, your order or possible answers from NI Support might be there

    2- Did you actually checked your Native Access application to see if Maschine 3 is already there? Do you even have Native Access installed?

    Plus, all the questions that Jeremy_NI asked you (twice!) above.

    …and btw, please do not make duplicate discussions for the same issue, thank you.

    i have a mac i checked native access and the download is not there nothing in the spam folder
