Can't buy Pro 4, can't ask the official support for help (reasons below)

Hi boys and girls.

I know that this isn't the place to ask for such help, but at this point i have no clue how to proceed.

So, a short breakdown of my problem:

I want to upgrade from Pro 3 to Pro 4, however when I go ahead with the purchase, my card is declined for some reason.

Now I know that there is official support for that, but when I try to reach them, I'm told to log in to my account (which I am). When I click on the little person icon (the one where you can either sign in or log out) the support page refreshes, and I'm back to where I started with the support. It's basically a loop.

Any idea what I can do to resolve this, and has anyone else here had the same issue?

    If the purchase process doesn't work for you, you can try buying the update from Thomann etc, there you will receive a key and an invoice, which you can then activate in your account. 😅

    How would that process go, and also I wanted to go through the official NI shop, so I can use the discount, since I have a N4 MK3 player. It's quite the discount, and even thought I love to try the new features, I might give it a second thought if I have to pay as if It's my first purchase for Traktor.

    I'm just stumped by this situation. I mean, I get that my card can be declined for many reasons, but not being able to contact the Purchase Support, so I can get info on why it's being declined, really bums me out.

    Would you mind sharing how I might go about your advice?

    p.s. hope you get the joke in the first sentence. ;D

    You'd buy the update key, rather than the key for the full version. Note that this is just an example link - I would select another official Traktor retailer with the same product from the country you reside.

    Exactly, you can also buy the update license from other official shops.

    I also got my license and update license from there.

    Or do you have a special voucher for the Native Instruments website? Then you would have to wait until a moderator contacts you and looks at it for you.

    No, I don't have a special voucher or whatever, it's just an upgrade for me.

    So let's say I get it from another source, what good is the "update key" and how can I use it. Let's say I get the update key, how do I proceed after?

    Sorry guys, explain it as if I'm in first grade. I get the license to update, then what?

    You launch Native Access. On the bottom left there should be an option that says add product . You click on it, and type in the code that the retailer sends you.

    I now have the new thingies of PRO 4 (Mainly stems and beat adjust) to play with!
