Maschine Central (for MAS2 or MAS3) and Maschine 2 Factory Library (for MAS2) are two separate libraries with unique and discrete content. There are no duplicates between them.

Does MAS3 installer install factory library content equivalent to that the came with MAS2? Or am I forced to purchase MAS2 for the default factory library content?

If you already owned Maschine 2 Factory Library, you still own it and can still use it.

But it is no longer available for sale, and it is the new Maschine Central library that now comes included.

You are not forced to purchase the Maschine 2 Factory Library again.

Thanks Matthew, it seems odd to me that the factory content that was included in previous Maschine versions is no longer available in MAS3, especially if a user is new to Maschine and does not own a MAS2 license.

    But thanks for the clarification.

I got my MK3 machine a few days ago and have therefore received software version 3.0 + Maschine Central. I wanted to have a look at the external midi presets (control of external devices), but I can't find them.
Apparently they are part of the Maschine 2 Factory Library. So now I have no possibility to use them?
