8 Hours and still 3.0 not showing in my native access
Has anyone else not been able to access still? I have my serial, and it shows as registered in my profile but I can't download it still.

If you have issues with Maschine 3 not showing in Native Access after you bought or registered it, first check the system requirements. Maschine 3 is only supported on Windows 10 & 11 and MacOS 13, 14 and 15.
Either update your OS if you can or ask for a refund.

Isn't it crazy? I ordered mine at 1:30 today and nothing for me either. I have Machine Central installed but no Maschine 3.0 still. Been checking constantly.

Have you tried adding the serial manually through Native Access?

Yep, says its registered and ready to install but still does not show up in my library at all.

It's weird because my 3.0 says 'Unregistered' but gives me a serial number and claims I don't have the base product (2.0 but obviously I do) to install the 3.0, so it won't let me register it

By now, it should have populated to download servers for sure. The folks on November 6th might have been a few hours off (seems like it was slow to populate, even though we pushed it live several hours before launch). However @Knotty Professor you should not be experiencing it now. Could you reach out to customer support? @Jeremy_NI

It's now going om Three weeks, and I'm Truly disappointed with the support for NI.. They sent me a Desktop standalone Link. which I downloaded, and it messed up my Plugin format with Cubase Pro 14,, Once I opened it. So I had to close it and reboot my PC, Thank God That all 300+ of my Plugins were rescaned and recovered. This really got me upset. Then after at least 10 attempts NO ONE HAS RESPONED FROM SUPPORT I'm truly disappointed at this pointed. REALLY NEED HELP !
