@ReeceBones you are not alone. The money has been taken from my account, and I've received the order confirmation email. Still no download links, and on the website, it says that my order status is still "In Progress". It's been over an hour.

Were you actually able to Install?

I click the install button, it does its thing, but when it's done the button still says "install"

Same here, purchased 2 hours ago and still nothing in my native access.

Licenses sometimes take a bit of time to be available, it could be 1min or a couple of hours, ussually not more than that but even the website is down due to high traffic. Try to be patient.
