Hi

I have already installed the asio audio driver but not get the dfu driver, the firmware installer cannot find my device, what should i do now?

I have tried to use the device manager and install the driver manually, but cannot find the dfu driver (only to find other model's dfu driver)

    Hello,

have you tried to run windows update? If you go to the device manager you see the dfu device but with an exclamation mark? Then try to disconnect the device, go back to the device manager and set it to show all devices, then delete all z1 related devices, if askes for deleting the driver's, select yes. Then reinstall the driver's and AFTER that you connect the z1 MK2.

No My man, this is not working, I have tried two windows computers they met the same problem
What I do to solve this, is installing a MACOS on virtual machine to upgrade my hardware, it works

so I believe it's just the windows driver has some problems
