Can't update to Kontakt 7.10.5

Hello,

I recently purchased Extinction Drums. I installed to the numbers on a new machine, (Windows 10 updated) installed native access 2, allowed it to install kontakt and the drum files per the install options.

After install, Extinction appears but I get the dreaded message "it was created using a newer version of kontakt 7.10.500".

Access only installs kontakt 7.6 every time. I can't see a 7.10.5 and have no idea how to get it. I installed Access 2 and didn't see an access 1 available. I've read your other threads on this but none of them helped me with this.

I've never had any kontakt or access products on this new machine. I've sent in tickets to both Extinction and NI. Nothing back as of now. Does anyone have any ideas for me? Thanks in advance.

Quick update: NI DID just get back to me with a direct link to 7.10.500. I'll post back if there are any issues. Thanks!
