Issues opening Taktor 2

I got a Kontrol s2 and downloaded Native access, put in serial number and when i open Native access Traktor isn't there, so i downloaded Traktor separate and it wont open, please help

    Which operating system? Traktor Pro 2 is quite old and no longer supported on modern OSes.

    What kind of hardware is used, which Traktor controller exactly, and which operating system version?

    As the previous speaker said, TP2 is already very old and will have problems running on a modern system!
