Missing Kontakt Library Sounds

Everything looks correct… you have Kontakt 7 Full version and Kontakt Factory Library 2, installed…
So, what is the problem right now? Can you see the bank in Kontakt?0

Make sure it’s not the player that’s open.
Happened to me earlier, then I realized Kontakt 8 had created an additional NI Folder on my Mac apart from the original with all other NI apps in it.

1- You are not on the main folder of the library. You are on the "Band" sub-folder.
Click on the "Band" to return to the main folder, so you can see everything.
2- You are using the old Factory Library, not the newer Factory Library 2!

Thanks Sunborn. That helped but the Factory Library 2 isn't coming up on the player. I do have it on my hard drive next to the Factory Library. Is there a connection it's not making?

You have to tell us, which Kontakt version do you have and if it is the Full version or the Player (demo) version.

It says Kontakt 7. It shouldn't be the demo. I paid good money for it!

ok, then please open Native Access and check if Factory Library 2 is actually installed.
