I bought Komplete select 15 beats. A €25 voucher was offered for this cheap and good package. I have not received this after over a week. Do any of you also have the problem? What NI email address can I use to contact them?

I recently received email from NI reminding me to redeem my voucher for my Kontakt 8 upgrade purchase in September. I never received an email concerning the voucher. There was/is nothing in my junk/spam folders as I've been receiving NI correspondence for many years. I submitted a support request by chat on Nov-07 and still haven't received a ticket link.
There always seems to be an issue with support chat. It is ridiculous that I cannot speak or even communicate with a live support representative. This is the type of issue that makes you reconsider your relationship with a business.

I am experiencing the same problems recently. My 25 EUR voucher cant be found and I have checked your support website and the full history of purchases. It also have not been emailed to me, just received the reminder. A bit frustrating… Please help me put here :-)
