Formatting hard disk or transferring to new PC

I would like to know how I can keep my licenses if I have to format my hard drive or buy a new PC. I need to transfer my sounds and everything. Can anyone tell me how? Thanks.

    you don't need to do anything to keep your licenses as they are linked to your account.

    in the new computer just download native access, log-in with your account and you should be able to download and install all your stuff.

    If any issues with that, I believe that you can open a ticket with the customer support, and they will help you out, but most likely no issues.
