M+ as an external storage

Hello everyone! I have a question: I have Maschine plus, and all expansions are installed on it. Can I, while working on a MacBook, use M+ as an external storage and access these expansions, so as not to download almost 200 gigabytes to the laptop?

No, you cannot. Most people use external drives.

There might be a way to force it, but i wouldn't recommend it.

I, of course, opened the Native Access app, chose a random expansion, clicked "locate" and chose a folder with the same name on M+ (I had connected M+ as storage before) - and got the error "invalid folder"

Thanks for the answer! It's a pity that such an obvious function is not implemented:(
