About installing komlete
Hi :-) I previously purchased 'KOMPLETE 13 SELECT.' However, since I changed my computer, it seems like I'm having trouble reinstalling it. When I installed it before using 'Native Access,' I remember being able to download each instrument individually, and it took up a lot of space. But now, only Komplete Kontrol and Kontakt Player are showing up. After installation, I found that the library inside is empty. Is there a way to resolve this?

This sound mostly as if you are logged into the wrong account.
Please check the account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page and what is listed as Registered Products. Then if that shows your products then be sure that you are logged into the same account in Native Access.
Else be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), and try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8here : My Product is Missing in Native Access .
Also N.A. will not show products not compatible with your OS.

Otherwise if you have general N.A. problems that can not be solved here then you can contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support and if you have lost access to an account then contact N.I. Account Support. Check this article "I Have No Access to My User Account"

Do you have Native Access installed and if so what version? If you have go to the libraries tab and see what is available to install. It shouldn't make any difference changing computers as Native Access uses the purchased products from your Native Instruments account. I recently built a new PC and was able to just download everything again to the new computer.
