Battery 4 (KOMPLETE 15 CE) not working properly in Logic Pro 11

I just opened a year old project in Logic and it appears that Battery seems to have the identical problem I used to have 2 years ago when I had just transitioned to M1 and used the Rosetta VST in Cubase.

The issue occuring:

Changes made in the samples grid are immediately reverted when closing and reopening the Battery GUI

I did check if there were any security&privacy settings that were switched off but I did grant full disk access to Battery4 in my settings and Battery isn't doing the same thing in Cubase 11 Pro.

I feel lesser compelled using Battery these days, especially with older issues creeping up into newer versions of the software after 2 years.

    Does anyone at NI have an answer for this? All of my previous instances of Battery in old sessions are a mess(samples are greyed out, and if I manually replace, they're greyed out the next time the session is opened), and I'm completely avoiding using it now as well, even though it was my preferred Drum sampler forever.

    Very frustrated that it seems that this instrument has just been left to die on the vine, but it's still being promoted through Komplete Now? Anyone?

    Guess they don't care anymore. Main focus is on Kontakt libraries now. I've already taken measures over the last 2 years and stepped over to other drum samplers. Also, Steinberg just introduced their own version of "Battery" with their drum instrument. Seems like the only thing we can do is adapt and RENDER YOUR BATTERY LANES before saving ;)
