Need to Reinstall Sample Libraries, but the only option is "Locate"

Hi! I needed to reinstall Cinematic Studio series libraries to my hard drive. It was previously on this drive but has since been moved and deleted. I now need to reinstall, but Native Access only provides the "locate" option. How can I get it to allow me to do a clean reinstall of the library?

Check your delivery email. There should be a Cinematic Series downloader app.

Provided that you are on Windows as your profile says then try this :

    Quit Native Access

then delete content of download folder

then delete the [insert product name] JSON from : C:\Users\Public\Documents\Native Instruments\installed_products

then delete the [insert product name] XML from the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments\Service Center

then delete [insert product name] folder from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Native Instruments

then run the N.I.reg tool to remove and delete the product [insert product name] from the list if there.

You might not need to do all of these steps but I hope that doing them all will let you reinstall the product when you run Native Access again .

Thanks for the reply @PoorFellow , Unfortunately the files you have specified are not there for the libraries in question, so I am not sure where to go from here

Also, The N.I.Reg tool did not help as the products in question are also not on that list to uninstall. Absolutely stumped and unable to use any of my libraries right now.

Oooops , my bad , I where too much in a hurry here , please accept my most humble apology

The Cinematic Studio series libraries are third party and as pointed out by Ozan (thank you @ozan ) then you will need to download the files from where you bought and then copy or install files to where you want and then use the locate function in Native Access to point to where you put it.
