@Pianovasano As I already said, the compatibility with Sequoia is under way. There were no reports of major issues even though not officially supported (useful information for you too @Vocalpoint)

So your issue is most probably not related to that. We're here to help but for this we need some information on what is actually happening. You also didn't contact our support. We can't help you without knowing what the symptoms are. Please describe the issue.

It is an architecture problem. There is no valid reason an annual OS update should cause such havoc on a professionally developed application. Native Instruments will continue to chase this annual setback until they invest in a complete overhaul of their core platform - and with a competent architect.

What 'havoc' are you talking about? The problem the OP has is probably unrelated to Sequoia as the keyboard works fine on other systems with it including my own (although I did need to enable this), and there are no reports of any other major problems to do with the upgrade (even assuming this one is). I would say the problem with MacOs updates is these days more a problem of perception than reality and has been since the transition to ARM and 64 bit was completed.

There are many valid reasons. New versions of an OS may introduce changes to/entirely new libraries, frameworks, and other tools on which your/our software relies. They may also retire and remove such things, which again affects your/our software.

So when a new OS is released, companies test their products against it to ensure things still work, or adjust if not so. This is a normal part of the development process, affecting everyone.
