Loop Loft Terms of Service
I understand that NI bought Loop Loft and that the guy that created Loop Loft now runs Yurt Rock. I am trying to get clarity on the terms of service (licensing) for a drum pack (Nate Smith Pocket Change Vol. 3) that I bought from Loop Loft before NI purchased it.
I've asked both Yurt Rock and NI for information about it and neither can provide any information on the specific or even general terms of service for Loop Loft products.
Does anyone happen to have any information on what Loop Loft's terms may have been?

In most Loop Loft downloads there is a text file containing the full license terms in each subdirectory. I own all 3 Nate Smith packs. The first two have these but the 3rd does not. I believe it is safe to assume the licensing terms are identical.
That means use them as you like in your music, whether for plain audio or film/video work, etc. But you can't repackage them in any form even with modifications and sell that, or give a copy to anyone else.

Paul,
Thank you so much for your response! I assume the same thing, and also cannot find that text file with the licensing terms.0
