Native access asks for a serial which I already have been entered

Native access asks for a serial (Edward Ultimate Suite from Tovu Sound) which I already have entered couple of years ago. Starting to use the library after a longish break.

I try to register and it says: "This serial has already been registered."

The question is why do you feel the need to add the serial again? What is not working? Third party libraries need to be downloaded from the third party manufacturers: Setting Up a Third-Party Kontakt Library

NA only needs a serial once. All this process does is add that serial to your NI acct.

After that has been done succesfully - no need to do it again

This product (if actually downloadable via Native Access) should appear in Native Access - ready to install.

What do you see in NA - is this product listed? And - what version of NA are you running?
