Waveform Traktor 4 Pro S4 Mk3

Hello everyone,

I’ve been using the Traktor S3 with Virtual DJ for the past three years. Recently, I purchased the Traktor S4 Mk3 and spent some time familiarizing myself with the software. Unfortunately, I encountered a major issue: While I can zoom into the waveform quite a bit, I can't zoom out far enough, which is crucial for me. Sadly, I haven’t been able to find a solution to this problem. If it remains unresolved, I’m considering returning the product.

Do you have any suggestions?

Additionally, I’ve already registered the S4 Mk3. If I return it, what steps do I need to follow to remove it from my list of registered products?
