Problem installing a 3rd party library into Kontakt7

I properly installed and registered a 3rd Party Library into
Native Access 2. It appears there as installed.
I cannot, however, find it when I open up Kontakt 7

Does anyone have a solution?

    What library is it, from what developer? What are the system requirements of that library? What version of Kontakt is the minimum, does it require the full version of Kontakt or only Kontakt Player?
