INSTALLATION FAILED: REVIEW YOUR LOCATION PREFERENCES

I just bought the e instruments bundle with slower, session horns pro, desolate guitars etc. and cremona quartet. i can download everything easily in native acces INSTEAD of CREMONA QUARTET. there isnt even their name appearing in my native acces library. i also deinstalled everything for NOTHING. its still not working. how come so? it was included in the bundle but i cant install these 4. cremona quartet/ stradivari cello, amati viola, guarneri violin, stradivari violin. PLS HELP. and no rebooting did not work, deinstalling did NOT work and the NI UNINSTALLREGTOOL did also NOT work. I paid 400 dollars. Pls help me
