Account been hacked
Native access is not recognising my email or password, when asked to reset my password; I do not get the notification.
I've to log on the website and it states that my account does not exist

Just a heads up: Your account surely wasn't "hacked". Someone knew or has guessed your password. Probably a very weak password.

@kennythompson So it turned out you had another account, so no hacked account, please next time, before posting something like this, please check everything on your end first and then and when you contact our support please provide as much information as possible. Case closed!

PoorFellow already updated NA as I had to start a new account to get through to support.
Under advice I tried to log into my other account I did not know I had.
Having spoken to Marcelio I was under the information given to myself. That my old account and I cannot get into it ๐

Jeremy I have put two support request in, as I have found that my hardware keys are not working now!๐คฌ

It's not a matter of living on your own, someone could know your email adress, and guess your password. Maybe you used the same password on an account which already has been compromised.
Again, it is HIGHLY unlikely, that someone "hacked" your account. There's way too much technical stuff involved in that (and NI is probably well secured against stuff like that), while someone could simply have snuffed your password. Chances are pretty much 100% that that's what happened.

Either way chk, my account has been compromised effecting my hardware and software and not being able to use any of it!!

You didn't mention your suspicion of having been hacked in your request, I've added the information. Please get back to my colleague with as many details as possible, like serial numbers of products you own, check in your inbox for old order emails or registration emails, etcโฆ

Since there is sometimes a lot of money in the NI accounts, it would be more than appropriate to finally have 2fa in 2024!

Jeremy I thought I mentioned that my account has been hacked. Having just used the Google sign in and created my account again on the same email as before. With two step verification, I used Native access and none of my programs where there.
Yet when I tried to input my serial code for my X1 MK3, it states it'd already been registered yet it fails to work!!

If you created a new account it's normal that none of the programs are there, after all you created a new account. That also means the serials don't work because they are used on the old account.
Best bet is to wait for the support why you could not log into your first account. Maybe you used another email on your first account? Because I don't think it's possible to create two account under the same email.

Carlos no I created the same account as before but though the link using Google two step verification. I have only ever had the one account in the number of years being with NI.

Good day to you all, I need some advice in regards to my account and the lack of software. I spoke to a few people on here and got some advice in regards hacking of my account. I thought it had been sorted and yet I still have no software to use in Native Access!

[Ping for Mert_NI removed since Jeremy_NI stepped in] Alas kennythompson apparently did not get his issue fixed and opened a new thread on same issue (now deleted by me) (post quoted by me above). Since this now appears as being N.A. related could you please step in and take charge here ?

If you had your issue fixed and N.A. still does not show your stuff then be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS (unless you are using a legacy OS , Mac 10.15 and earlier / Win 7 downloads), else try resetting the Native Access XML file , look at section 8 here : My Product is Missing in Native Access
