Can't reinstall Native Access

Hello All,

Getting back into the swing of things and purchased a new pc. Downloaded Native Access, no problem. Tried to change the content location on an instrument, didn't work. Tried uninstalling instrument, notta, and my Native Access now freezes/or won't launch (not responding). Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, same. Now, I'm and getting the below message

Please advise

    Hi @gsc44 did any of the troubleshooting steps provided by the support team help?

    For other uses with a similar issue, please make sure to:

    • Deactivate Firewalls and Anti-virus programs
    • Start Native Access as administrator
    • Have the latest graphic card drivers are installed
    • Use a normal scaling for the monitor resolution
    • Unplug one of the monitors if you have two
