Native Access: Download failed when trying to update/reinstall items in native access

Hey! I've recently tried to get all my NI sounds (77 items) installed on an external SSD. I've moved the content location in preferences to said SSD. Theres a few plugins/items missing, and when i try to download/reinstall my products in native access I get the 'Download Failed' exclamation warning thingy. Tried many different things together with a friend of mine, but can't figure out how to fix this thing. Any tips?
