guitar rig does not load correctly

Hello! My computer blue screened a few times in the past year and unfortunately on my new pc when I load guitar rig 6 using my account information, it does not load the complete program as it used to. When i start the program it gives me 52 presets and I only get access to the jump amplifier. On my past edition of guitar rig I had access to the entire line of products and I would like to install the right license that I purchased, or figure out a way to get my program back to normal.

Have you tried to open Guitar Rig 6 in standalone? Is it the same? Please apply these steps: Guitar Rig Crashes at Startup
